iConnect 2026

Are you a young professional or engineer in Germany with an advanced level of English and an interest in mining, sustainability, and technology? 

Connect 2026 is an international Brazil–Germany program designed to connect German and Brazilian participants in the development of sustainable engineering solutions for challenges in rare earth mining. 

The six-month program is expected to start in June 2026 and will bring together multicultural teams for online collaboration, training, mentoring, technical visits, and international immersion activities in Germany and Brazil.

Participation is free of charge.
