Part of the International Workshop “Gender Equality in STEM Worldwide”
Join us on March 31, from 18:30 to 20:00 hrs, for a roundtable discussion exploring how diversity drives innovation and strengthens competitiveness in STEM fields.
The session will be moderated by Christiane Schwieren, Professor of Organizational Behavior at Heidelberg University and organizer of the workshop.
Our panel features distinguished speakers including Sabine Macaya, mining sector expert and advocate for gender and diversity in industry, and Carmen Araneda, sociologist and professor at the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Tarapacá. Additional panelists will be announced soon.
The event will conclude with a networking space, offering participants the opportunity to connect and continue the conversation.
