DESCRIPTION

The International Diploma “Sistemas de Información en Salud: Requisitos para un Diseño e
Implementación Exitosos” seeks to reduce the existing gap in communication between clinical and informatics teams in health systems, providing important tools for understanding the needs of each group. The purpose of this diploma is to develop advanced competencies in health information systems (HIS) that allow the design of informatics solutions, recognize methodologies and management tools, apply project approaches for their implementation, identify basic concepts of interoperability and telemedicine, which will improve clinical management and data collection for epidemiological and public health purposes.

OBJECTIVE

This diploma is aimed at providing fundamental tools for strengthening interdisciplinary and reducing the communication gap between clinical and informatics teams in order to generate reliable, complete and timely information in the health area.

  • Introductory Module (M0): Digital Transformation in Health Care.
  • Module 1 (M1): Electronic clinical records.
  • Module 2 (M2): Interoperability in health.
  • Module 3 (M3): Management of health information systems and telemedicine.
