Postdoc in Germany
Thinking about a postdoc in Germany?
On March 3 and March 5, 2026, Brazil will host two editions of the Postdoc in Germany 2026 Workshop, a free, full-day event for early-career researchers exploring academic opportunities in Germany.
The first workshop will take place on March 3 in Porto Alegre (PUCRS), followed by the second edition on March 5 in São Paulo (Goethe-Institut São Paulo).
The program provides practical guidance on funding, host institutions, and more, aimed at those finishing their PhD or up to four years post-PhD.
Participants will have the chance to:
- Meet institutional representatives
- Take part in individual consultations
- Hear first-hand experiences from postdoctoral researchers
The workshop will be held in English and is organized by DWIH São Paulo and DAAD Brasil.
