Course: Social and intercultural communication management

The digitally and collaboratively developed Master's course Management of Social and Intercultural Communication is the core of the CS@Ibero-America project. The course is part of the curriculum of three degree programmes: the Master Communication and Society in Ibero-America (HCIAS), the International Double Master in Specialised Translation and Translation Technologies, (Heidelberg University and Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile) and the Master in Social Communication (Instituto de la Comunicación e Imágen, Universidad de Chile)
The course is oriented towards teaching and research; its methodical-didactic conception promotes the students' research profile through individual work and group projects. They will be taught to develop research methods and problem-solving strategies both on their own and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
Participation in the course is free of charge. You can enrol by sending an email directly to: maft@iued.uni-heidelberg.de All necessary information with regard to the course will be sent via email.
Face-to-face classes will be recorded so that those who are not physically present can take the course asynchronously. The course is open to students from Chile and Germany.
Course dates: April 21st to August 4th.
Schedule: Thursdays from 8:30 to 10:00 (Chilean time).
